A Mental Health America/Faas Foundation study called ‘Mind the Workplace’ where over 20,000 North American workers across all sectors found that 74 percent feel that their work environment is overly focused on trivial and overly bureaucratic company policies. By addressing this, it will not only help solve the labour shortage issue, it will be a huge lift in productivity which will drive economic progress.
